PHILOSOPHY

We at Creative Playrooms believe that children carry within themselves the potential of the person they will someday become.  Our program is a result of over 37 years of experience working the development of children.

Our program is based on the observations of Dr. Maria Montessori who viewed education as a “help to life.”  We feel that children learn by interacting with their physical environment, as well as with each other.

Your child should have the opportunity to choose what activities he/she feels best meets his/her own developmental needs.  As creators of the environment, we are concerned with the quality of choices offered to your child.

Our daily program attempts to present a balance between individual experiences, small group participation, and large group activities.
