Susan is an experienced educator with over 30 years of experience in the classroom, as an administrator, and as a staff instructor and mentor. She is the proud mother of four and an equally proud grandmother of four. Susan is currently working on her Masters degree in Early Childhood.

My name is Crystal Cruz. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Child and Family Community Services. I have worked for Creative Playrooms for eight years. I came to Westlake Montessori in 2003 and began teaching in the Montessori classroom. After a year I moved to the Preschool classroom and taught there for six years. I recently was promoted to Assistant Director in May of 2011.
I enjoy getting to know all of the children throughout the center and watching them mature and grow through the years.
